The couple has three children, Madelyn, Sophie, and Benjamin. Prenatal visits to our office by expectant parents are encouraged and can be arranged with the Pediatricians accepting newborns. He has been married to his wife Kathy since 1998. Goldberg also enjoys educating future pediatricians as an Assistant Clinical Professor at the Children's Hospital of Colorado in Aurora, Colorado. He is an active fellow of the American Academy of Pediatrics and an active member of the Arapahoe County and Colorado Medical Societies. The Division encompasses specific programmes, including the Scottish Patient Safety Programme (SPSP), the Healthcare Associated Infections Programme, Better Together and associated Patient Experience initiatives and works in partnership with all the Divisions across Raigmore Hospital. The Division is also responsible for delivering, maintaining, and enhancing a pro-active and positive Quality and Patient Safety culture which effectively contributes to NHS Highland’s clinical governance roles, responsibilities and plans. The Quality and Patient Safety Division, led by the Lead Nurse, is responsible for developing and monitoring the implementation of quality and patient safety strategies, together with supporting the development of operational policies, procedures and guidelines. The Division also manages Obstetrics and Gynaecology, Anaesthetics, a 7 bed Intensive Care Unit, 10 Theatres and a Day Surgery Unit. The Surgical Division provides services across a wide range of specialities including General Surgery including Upper GI, Colorectal and Vascular, Orthopaedics, ENT, Urology, Ophthalmology, Orthodontics and Oral and Maxillofacial surgery. In addition, the division also includes the Emergency Department and the Integrated Out of Hours provision of Inverness GP Services. The division also provides Cancer Services (Oncology and Haematology). The Medical Division delivers a wide range of medical specialities, including Care of the Elderly, Diabetes, Gastroenterology, Infectious Disease, Respiratory, Renal, Stroke and Young Adult Rehabilitation, Paediatrics, Neurology, Rheumatology, Dermatology and Cardiology. They form part of corporate services and include Infection Control and Pharmacy Estate/Site Maintenance. The hospital is managed by a Director of Operations who is supported by a local management team.Ī number of services are currently hosted on the site, but do not report directly into the Raigmore Management Structure. Highland Clinic physicians have multiple hospital affiliations, allowing our patients to choose where they receive their hospital care. Outreach Services are provided to many sites across the Highland Health Care Partnership area and to both the Western Isles and Orkney. The Hospital covers all specialties and is a training hospital for Nursing and Medical staff in association with Stirling, Aberdeen and Dundee Universities.
